Through simple Yogic techniques we are able to bring our bodies back into harmony with the ever changing rhythms by observing the natural rhythms that surround us, learn to harness the power of our intentions and execute them with calm and ease. A sense of kindness towards ourselves and in turn to others is restored as we are reacquainted with our dignity once again. If given the opportunity to return and nurture this constant it soon becomes the 'norm', the perspective to which our decisions are made and prosperous returns in all areas of our lives can be witnessed.
